This includes but is not limited to:
- developement of relevant policies and practices for your company, organisation or public sector body
- awareness raising training on particular aspects of diversity, i.e. gender, sexual orientation, religion, race, age, disability, social status, class and related areas
- inclusive project management
- teaching diversity management
Intersectionality is an important aspect of my work. I work learner-centred, use methods and methodology adapted for the particular audience, aiming to touch body, mind and heart.
